From the 2009 Dublin South By-Election a leaflet from Fianna Fail candidate Shay Brennan. Brennan the son of the Late Seamus Brennan , whos passing caused the By-Election, polled 9,250 votes in a contest won on the first count by Fine Gael Superstar George Lee.

From the 2007 General Election a flyer from Fianna Fails Micheál Martin running in Cork South Central. The Flyer has the catchy slogan ‘Securing Cork’s Future’. Michael Martin was elected easily topping the poll with well over a quota.

Dempsey topped the poll and was elected on the first count.
From the 1997 General Election a flyer from Fianna Fails Sean Haughey running in Dublin North Central where he was elected.
It has the lovely slogan “Get Things Moving- with Sean Haughey”.
From the 1997 General election a leaflet for Fine Gael candidate Cathy Fay running in Dublin North Central. Fay polled 1,326 votes and failed to win a seat.
The winter 2010 newsletter of Fianna Fail Dublin South West TD Conor Lenihan. He’s pictured on the front with a horse at the Fettercairn Horse Project.
He is pictured elsewhere in the newsletter with Schoolchildren, business people and others and its packed with local news.
From the 2005 Local elections a leaflet for Socialist Party candidate Paul Dale running in the Enniskillen ward for Fermanagh District Council.
Dale polled 406 votes and missed out on a seat.
From the 1991 Local Elections a flyer for Fianna Fail candidate Derek Mooney running in Rathmines. Mooney failed to win a seat. Amongst his running mates were Mary Hanafin who also failed to win a seat.

From the 2002 Seanad Election a flyer for Fianna Fail candidate Diarmuid Wilson running for the Administrative Panel. The Cavan based Wilson is a nephew of former Tánaiste John Wilson. Diarmuid Wilson was elected to the Seanad in 2002 and returned again in 2007.
From the 1991 Local Elections a leaflet for Progressive Democrat Candidate Ronnie McBrien running in the Rathfarnham ward. Despite polling 719 votes he failed to win a seat.

From the 2002 General Election a leaflet from Independent ‘Water for Life’ candidate Charlie Keddy running in Wicklow.
Aside from the water issue, the former Labour Councillor Keddy comments on The Mafia running the country, is in favour of a return of Capital punishment as well as much more.
He polled 383 votes and failed to win a seat.
From the 2009 Local Elections a leaflet for the Fianna Fail candidates for Tullamore Town Council complete with lovely pic of Brian Cowen. Sinead Dooley (Brian Cowens personal assistant), Declan Harvey, Tony McCormack and Paddy Rowland were all elected whilst Shane Murray failed to get in.
Also on the leaflet voters are urged to vote for Taoiseachs brother Barry Cowen as well as Sinead Dooley and Danny Owens for Offaly County Council. All three were elected.
I had previously posted the first page of this leaflet unaware that there was more. So here we have from the Young Progressive Democrats the Full ‘Dail Wars – Attack of The Socialists’ leaflet. Unreal.
