It has it all from Bertie pre Mahon allowing himself to be seen at the races with the headline “Bertie Backs a Winner”.
Inside tons of local news, The candidate pictured with what looks like a Waxwork John O’Donoghue as well as many others including Willie O’Dea and the candidates family. We even get a nice picture of Marie Hoctor and running mate Michael smith in Tipp Jerseys. To top it off we have Bertie pictured with a Hurl.
Marie Hoctor was Elected.

Anti Fianna Fail Leaflet from John McGinley, Colm Purcell and Emmet Stagg -Labour -1991 Local Elections Celbridge November 28, 2010
From the 1991 Local elections a Labour Party Leaflet Attacking Lies told by Fianna Fail in its 1985 Local Elections Manifesto. The Leaflet is for the Labour candidates John McGinley, Colm Purcell and Emmet Stagg.
John McGinley didn’t win a seat although won a seat in 1999 and has held it since.
Former Workers Party Councillor and General Election candidate Colm Purcell held on to his seat. Whilst current TD, Emmet Stagg topped the poll and won a seat.

John Dockrell is the son of former TD Percy Dockrell, grandson of former TD Henry Morgan Dockrell, great grandson of Sir Maurice Dockrell a former Unionist MP. He is also brother of former councillor William Dockrell.

From the 2002 General Election a leaflet from Labour candidates Eamon Gilmore and Niamh Bhreathnach running in Dun Laoghaire. Gilmore polled 8,271 votes and was easily elected. Bhreathnach polled 3,893 votes and missed out.
It was Gilmores first General Election standing for Labour.
Tim Collins- Labour – 1997 General Election Wicklow
From the 1997 General Election a leaflet for Labour Party candidate Tim Collins running in Wicklow. Collins who had previously stood in the 1995 Wicklow By-Election polled 1,924 votes and failed to win a seat. His party colleague Liam Kavanagh also lost his seat.
