In 2009 She ran for Thurles Town Council, Ned ran for Europe and her brother Kevin ran for the County Council. Kevin was the only one elected.”
From 1963 the first copy of ‘Fianna – The Voice of Young Ireland”. Its a four page paper with details of the activities of Fianna Eireann (The Boy Scouts of Ireland). Although they claim to be non political, the address given is that of Sinn Fein from the time in 30 Gardiner Place.

From the 1984 European Elections “One Ireland, one people” the Sinn Fein European Election Manifesto. It focuses almost totally on European issues and criticises the role of the EEC and the negative impact on Ireland from EEC membership .

From the 2011 General Election, a leaflet for veteran Republican Richard Behal who was running in Kerry South. Behal polled 348 votes and missed out on a seat.
“Are You Thinking what Harry Is Thinking?” a 2011 General Election flyer from Christian Solidarity Party Cork North central candidate Harry Rea. Rea , who is a likely opponent to the November 2012 Childrens Rights Referendum, polled 324 votes.

From 1974 a leaflet “What Sinn Fein Means by ‘Regionalisation’ ” . The proposal was to restructure Government into District Councils for communities of 10,000 to 40,000, to have fifteen Regional Administrations and Four Provincial Parliaments.
From the 1937 General Election and the Referendum on the Constitution campaigns an ad “Vote “Yes” For The Constitution- Vote Fianna Fail”.
Regarding the Constitution it…
affirms the Irish nation’s “inalienable, indefeasible, and sovereign right to choose its own form of Government, to determine its relations with other nations, and to develop its life, political, economic and cultural, in accordance with its own genius and traditions.”

Thanks to all my constituents, friends and colleagues who took the time to send messages of support during the recent vicious smear campaign following my resignation from the Socialist Party.
Less there be any doubt, this had nothing to do with any support for Mick Wallace’s company’s under declaration of VAT. I have clearly stated that this should not have happened and that the money should be repaid. An arrangement has been made in that regard. The Budget in December will contain further cuts in health, education, social welfare and council services, while taxes will be increased. No one will escape the coalition’s austerity agenda.As the only opposition TD in Dublin Fingal I will use that platform to step up the fight against government at a local and national level, with the same principle, passion and intensity as I have over the last 18 years. To that end I will work with the other ULA TDs and activists, to build it into a more campaigning and substantial force than it has been to date.
