“I’m not sure when it dates from, but Moira is now in her 90’s and lived on Caledon Road, East Wall, the mother of Mick Ryan and also of Nicky Ryan – manager of Enya.
Both Moira & Mick were on the Ard Chomhlaire together in the early 70’s the only time I think that a mother and son were on together.”
I gather the leaflet is from the 1967 Local Elections. In the early 1950 she was involved with Clann na Poblachta.

In 2007 he came very close to winning a seat polling over 21% of the vote. He was subsequently elected to the Seanad. He is seen as having a great chance of winning the seat at the by-election.

From the 2009 Local Elections a leaflet for Sinn Fein candidate Paul Donnelly running in Mulhuddart. Donnelly who had been co-opted to replace Felix Gallagher (who himself had been co-opted to replace Martin Christie) polled 1517 votes and narrowly missed out on winning a seat. He had previously stood in 1999 and also in the 1998 DUblin North by-Election.
