From the 2007 Election for Leas Cathaoirleach of Ógra Fianna Fail a leaflet from candidate Lorcan Price who as far as I know won the contest.
Like most internal FF election candidates from the time he is very keen on having Fianna Fail as a 32 County organisation.
A leaflet from Fianna Fails Ivan Connaughton with the plea to “Save Our Services” in Roscommon Hospital. It outlined how Fine Gaels polices could lead to Roscommon Hospital being shut down.
Connaughton, running the Roscommon South Leitrim constituency polled 4070 votes and failed to win a seat.
From the 2011 General Election a letter from the then Fine Gael Health spokesperson (and now Minister of Health) Dr James Reilly to the “People of Roscommon” with assurances over Roscommon Hospital.
The issue of Roscommon Hospital caused Fine Gael TD Denis Naughten to vote against the government and will more than likely to lose the Fine Gael whip.

Despite being in fifth place after the first count on 4,483 votes he was second over the line to be elected in the 3 seater. He was returned again in 2011.

A 2010 leaflet from the Communist Party of Ireland promoting an alternative to “A failed system and a failed strategy by a bankrupt Government”.
From the 2009 Local Elections a leaflet from Valerie Byrne of the Roscommon Hospital Action Committee who was running in Strokestown. She polled 1,052 votes and easily won a seat, one of two won by the HAC.The other Hospital Action Committee councillor is Paula McNamara.
The Hospital Action Committee was founded in 1976. Other leaflets from them are here. Tom Foxe was elected to the Dail in 1989 and 1992.
Fine Gael weren’t the only ones with a ‘Five Point Plan’ in the 2011 General Election. Independent candidate Michael Ryan who was running in Dublin Mid West had a “5 Point Plan for a New Ireland”. Amongst the items were
“The low paid couldn’t afford the Celtic Tiger Party so why should they pay for it….” and “TDs to serve 3 months at minimum wage”
Ryan polled 375 votes.

From the 2007 General Election a flyer from Luke Moriarty who was running for Fianna Fail in Dublin Mid West. The Kerry native and local businessman polled a respectable 3,671 votes but failed to win a seat.
From the 2009 Labour NEC Elections a leaflet from Karen O’Connell.In the leaflet she mentions organising and leading a Labour Party delegation to work on the Obama campaign.

From 2007 (post the General Election) a “Join Sinn Fein” leaflet produced by Dublin Mid West Sinn Fein.
A leaflet given out at todays “Rally for Choice” in Dublin which took place at the same time as “The Rally for Life” also in Dublin.
An unusual one this,A residents Association Newsletter I was sent because South Dublin County Council intend building 9 houses at a cost of 1.2 million euro whilst within a mile there are vacant properties owned by either the banks, NAMA or the State.
The residents association are Glendoher and District Residents Association which is up near Ballyboden.
From (I think) 2010 a leaflet for Tom Cosgrave who was going forward for election to the Labour Party NEC. The Dublin North East based party activist had the slogan “Party Democracy -Labour First – Pro-Choice”.

From the 1997 General Election a leaflet from Fianna Fail candidate in Dublin North East Martin Brady. Notice how crime was the first issue listed … Zero Tolerance on crime which was one of the main tenets of that 1997 Fianna Fail Election campaign. He also gives a mention to “Proper controls to stem the flow of illegal immigrants”.
Brady was elected.
From 2007 a leaflet from Labour Dublin West TD Joan Burton from her campaign for the Deputy Leadership of the Labour Party. She was proposed by Brian O’Shea and Joanna Tuffy and won the contest.
