Joe O’Shea in Kerry South and John L Sullivan in Cork South West. They were drawing attention to the issues faced by Fishermen especially to do with Herring quotas in the Celtic Sea. They had a wider agenda of development of the onshore fishing industry and the jobs that could bring to coastal areas.
