From the 1933 Northern Ireland Election a leaflet from Seán McCool running as a Republican un Derry City-Foyle. He polled 3,031 votes whilst his opponent James McCarroll (Nationalist) polled 6,557 votes. McCool was a prominent Republican and former Chief of staff of the IRA.

From the 1987 UK Election a leaflet from Seamus Mallon of the SDLP running in Newry and Armagh. He polled 25,137 votes to win the seat with a majority of 5,325 votes.
From the 1979 Local and European Elections “Fine Gael Election News” for Dublin Area Number 10. It covers local and National issues. The candidates in the Locals were Michael McDowell, Joe Doyle, Finola Gill and Tommy Woods and Joe Doyle was elected. The European candidates were Richie Ryan, Nuala Fennell and Maurice Manning and Ryan was elected.
