From Fianna Fail Senator Maria Corrigan a 2008 letter to Residents of Dublin South with a headline that would have you believe the LUAS was being built to Rathfarnham. Needless to say it wasn’t quite as positive as the headline suggested.

Maria Corrigan – Fianna Fail -2007 Dublin South February 23, 2010

From the 2007 General Election, a flyer from Fianna Fail Candidate Maria Corrigan. Maria Corrigan was originally elected to the council for Glencullen in 1999. She failed to win a seat in both the 2002 and 2007 General Elections. However she was appointed to the Seanad by then Taoiseach Bertie Ahern in 2007.
WIth the passing of Seamus Brennan and Tom Kitts impending retirement she is thought to have a good chance of winning a Fianna Fail nomination for the next election.
