From the 2011 Seanad Election a leaflet from Fianna Fail candidate Averil Power who is running for a seat on the Industrial & Commercial Panel. She was unsuccessful in her attempt to be elected in the 2011 General Election, she also failed to win a seat in the 2009 Local Elections.
She is one of the Michael Martin ‘approved’ Fianna Fail candidates for the Seanad Elections.
