From the 2011 Seanad Elections a leaflet from Sinn Fein candidate Eoin Ó Broin running for a seat on the NUI panel. Ó Broin narrowly missed out on winning a seat in Dublin Mid West in the 2011 General Election.

    Only party to opose the Lisbon Treaty?, only party not to sign up to the EU/IMF bailout?? What about the United Left Alliance?? Cynical and dishonest. And he claims to be a ‘voice for change’

      Regardless of whether the ULA was around, the Lisbon Treaty was opposed by the Socialist Party and the Socialist Workers Party, by éirígí, by the Community Party…
