from the 2011 Seanad Elections a flyer from Niall Ó Brolcháin who appears to be running as an Independent (or at least has no Green logo on the flyer).
Interestingly enough its the only time I’ve seen an itunes logo on an election leaflet. The Podcasts are available on his Website.

he was never elected to the Seanad. He was a bertie nominee.
He was elected from within the Oireachtas – not as a Taoiseach’s nominee. There were 2 other candidates from FG and Labour.
I think he was a Cowen nominee to be honest.
