“The Dirty Dozen -McCreevy Cuts Social Welfare 12 Times Since April” -Emmet Stagg, Jack Wall- Labour Party- 1992 General Election June 4, 2010


From the run up to the 1992 General Election, a leaflet from Labour candidates Emmet Stagg and Jack Wall running in Kildare. Emmet Stagg was elected with Jack Wall narrowly missing out.
The leaflet attacks cuts done by constituency colleague Fianna Fails Charlie McCreevy, these cuts were known as the ‘Dirty Dozen’.
