From the 2007 Fianna Fail Ard Fheis a leaflet from Colin Joyce who was running as a candidate for the Committee of Twenty.
Amongst his policies were “A 32 County organisation” and “Promoting the right of Local Cumann to make decisions and to return the power to the grassroots of the party”
I’m not sure if he was elected or not.
