Irish Election Literature 
Great find! It seems that the documentary was made in 1986 by Pipeline Productions for Channel 4. Exec producer was John Kelleher who was RTE Controller of Television Programmes in 1980 and left in 1983 to become Managing Director of The Sunday Tribune. Directed ‘Eat the Peach’ among many other productions. Became Irish Film Censor in 2003
