From the 2004 Local Elections Fianna Fail candidate Barry Conway running in Blackrock. Barry Conway won a seat.
He had run unsuccessfully in 1999 and was then co-opted onto the council to replace Barry Andrews.
He is a partner in the law firm William Fry.
